My stay at the hotel was mixed - the rooms were nice and spacious but full of hair from previous guests. The service was professional and nice overall, although there was a slight issue with the food preparation. The location was convenient for those with later flights like us but may require a taxi for access to shops. The dining options seemed excellent, but unfortunately, I didn't get to enjoy them fully. The facilities provided were satisfactory.

The service was exceptional, as the staff organized transport to the airport and were extremely friendly, even writing to my sister after she lodged a complaint. The location was perfect for an overnight stay before flying out from klia, and not far from the airport.
